I absolutely loved the cozy and vibrant atmosphere at Cafe Zambezi House Of Africa. The vibrant African decorations throughout the hotel made me feel like I was truly immersed in the culture. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing ample room for relaxation and socializing. As a senior, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The layout was easy to navigate, with comfortable seating areas and smooth pathways that made it convenient for me to move around.
A better vacation for senior people could have been enhanced with more assistance from the children working there.

The hotel's charming African decor and cozy common areas create a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior traveler, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel, with well-maintained ramps and wide corridors. The garden offered a peaceful retreat, where I could relax and admire the beautiful natural surroundings. It was a delight to sit there and observe the local wildlife.
For a better vacation experience for senior people, I would suggest the children working there to provide more assistance with luggage.

We could order snacks and drinks whenever we wanted without leaving our room. And the tour desk was a lifesaver! They helped us plan the most epic adventures like bungee jumping and river rafting. Plus, the free WiFi was super fast and reliable, perfect for sharing all our awesome photos on social media!
The only thing that could have made our stay even more fun is if they had a DJ or live music at the pool area. It would have been so cool to have a pool party with great music and a fun atmosphere.

I chose Café Zambezi House of Africa because of its close proximity to the Railway & Gateway Jewish Museum. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the other amenities offered, such as laundry facilities and a bar. The satisfying meal at Café Zambezi and the availability of these additional amenities made my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel's inability to charge my credit card at check-out led to a highly distressing situation where they called the police and detained me when I was trying to cross the Zambian border. the noise from nightly parties, with people screaming and jumping into the swimming pool near the rooms, made it difficult to rest.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and professional, they were always ready to help and find the best deals in town. One day, while enjoying a local Mosi beer and some crocodile ribs in the famous restaurant, I couldn't help but feel like a true African explorer, indulging in the flavors of the wild.
Noisy nightclub nearby.
